TLS-RAY handheld ternary lithium-battery spectrum analyzer is able to detect Ni, Co, Mn and other elements and their contents, thus quickly distinguishing material types (e.g. 622, 532 and 111 type lithium batteries), such as positive and negative electrodes, lithium batteries, lead-acid batteries, lithium iron phosphate power batteries, high-rate power batteries, ternary power batteries, soft-pack cells, 18650 lithium cells, polymer power cells, aluminum-shell cells, flat plate cells, high-quality cells dismantled from machines, battery packs of electric vehicles, etc. TLS-RAY handheld ternary lithium-battery spectrum analyzer is applicable to detection of Ni, Co, Mn and other elements and their contents, in order to facilitate material separation (e.g. 622, 532 and 111 type lithium batteries). In the exploration of metals in batteries, the portable XRF analyzer, compared with conventional XRF equipment in laboratories, can not only provide reliable data faster for exploration personnel to make correct decisions, but also can screen samples in order to provide more suitable samples for laboratory analysis, thereby helping to reduce exploration costs and improve the return on investment. The portable XRF analyzer can be used for sample screening in order to select appropriate samples for analysis. Such preparation of samples enables the portable XRF analyzer to get high-quality quantitative data close to laboratory analysis results.

  1. Good heat dissipation More than half of the body is kept in an aluminum alloy shell, with a top radiator slot to effectively dissipate heat of the whole system and thus extend the service life of the system. The X-ray analyzer features higher stability and low failure rate. 2. Simple operation The analyzer is designed according to the principles of simplicity and economy, with fixed high-voltage hardware, excluding internal complex motor and filter or 316 external standard sheet. The software has a simple operation interface. Thus, more benefits are brought to customers at lower costs. Users can conduct the 45s startup test and 0.8s brand and content test by gently clicking the screen 3 times. 3. Humanized design Light weight (1.6kg); small size (220mm*150mm*220); durable anti-fall wrist strap; battery power indicator at the bottom; radiation warning flash lights at the top and bottom; diamond-patterned soft rubber handle; good balance for standing on the workbench during testing; one-key design, free of fatigue even after long-time operation; integrated screen and structure, with secured PDA; dustproof, anti-fog and waterproof low industrial high-resolution color TFT touch screen with low failure rate and LED backlight; 240x320 pixels. 4. Accurate test data The software adopts the basic parameter method. T-1000G spectrometer is able to automatically analyze more than 500 standard brands in the standard database, even without the alloy information obtained before analysis. It is suitable for analysis of nearly 10,000 kinds of alloy. Users can define 300 types. The compensatory test method developed for irregular or small samples can be applied to detect smaller or fewer samples. For instance, thin wires with a diameter of 0.04mm can be immediately identified. The analyzer can be used to analyze Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Hf, Ta, W, Re, Pb, Bi, Zr, Nb, Mo, Pd, Ag, Cd, Sn, Sb and other elements. 23
